OUR DIRECTOR

Led by Hamed Shahbazian

Hamed began his career in geotechnical instrumentation in 2005. His more than 20 years of professional experience spans infrastructure, mining, water, energy and construction projects across Australia.

His background includes instrument selection and supply, installation, commissioning, telemetry integration, web-based monitoring and project management. That experience underpins TERRASENSE’s technical support for contractors, consultants and asset owners.

HOW WE WORK

A connected approach to monitoring

Define the monitoring requirement

Match instruments, monitoring layouts and installation methods to the project’s objectives and site conditions.

Connect the system

Coordinate instrumentation supply, installation and commissioning with data logging, telemetry and web-based monitoring within an agreed project scope.

Support ongoing operation

Provide system checks, data review, maintenance and technical support to suit the monitoring programme.

Engineering support within a clear scope

Our engineering support covers instrumentation selection, monitoring strategies, installation and telemetry guidance, system configuration and monitoring-data review. Remote monitoring and alerts depend on the selected hardware, platform and communications network.

Professional responsibilities

Unless specifically engaged and appropriately certified, TERRASENSE does not provide geotechnical or structural design certification or statutory engineering approvals. Engineering interpretation remains with the client’s nominated engineer or consultant unless specifically included in our engagement; final design decisions and certification remain the client’s engineer’s responsibility.

Let’s discuss your monitoring requirements

Tell us what you need to measure and where the project is. We can discuss suitable instrumentation and the support your project needs.
